If for any reason you’re not happy with your Freddie purchase, just email us at hello@buyfreddie.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll take care of the rest.

We love feedback, so we may ask you a few questions about your experience. And if your product arrived damaged, unusable, or not what you expected, please send us a photo so we can make things right.

Please note that our satisfaction guarantee applies to the first purchase of a specific product. If you have purchased the same product more than once, we will only refund the first item or purchase. Additional items will need to be returned and customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

If you are eligible for a refund, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment used at checkout. Depending on your bank and payment method, that may take up to 7 business days.
